There is nothing like nourishing healthy smoothies early in the morning. These smoothies give your body a boost of natural vitamins, minerals and proteins and also detox your body. Number 3rd smoothie is my personal favorite!

  1. Lettuce, mint and kiwi smoothie

Ingredients

8 leaves of Trocadero lettuce

2 kiwis

2 pears

1 branch of mint

Preparation

Blend the kiwis and the peeled pears. Add the previously washed lettuce and mint leaves to the blender.

Serve cold and season to taste, if desired, with salt, pepper or sugar.

  1. Smoothie of lettuce, lime and strawberries

Ingredients

8 sheets of iceberg lettuce

250g of strawberries

2 limes

Preparation

Wash strawberries and lettuce. Peel the files and remove the green from the strawberries.

Put the ingredients in the blender, crush and strain.

Serve cold and season to taste, if desired, with salt, pepper or sugar.

  1. Lettuce, apple and coriander smoothie

Ingredients

8 sheets of oak leaf lettuce

2 Golden apples

1 coriander branch

½ lime

Preparation

Wash the lettuce, cilantro and apple. Grind all the ingredients together with the lime juice and strain.

Serve cold and season to taste, if desired, with salt, pepper or sugar.

  1. Cabbage, orange and pear smoothie

Ingredients

6 cabbage leaves

3 oranges

1 pear

Preparation

Wash and blend the cabbage and pear. Remove the juice from the oranges and mix both juices.

Serve cold and season to taste, if desired, with salt, pepper or sugar.
