Parsley in the form of masks dries out the skin namely and may therefore only be used on oily skin. Here, the parsley makes great, because it not only degreases the skin, but also helps skin blemishes heal quickly or even disappear.
For each skin type, different ingredients are recommended that should be used to make the face mask. Likewise, the parsley mask described here is not suitable for every skin type.
Spotty, reddened or even slightly inflamed facial skin is best soothed with an anti-inflammatory parsley mask. This contains the vitamins A, B, C. The high carotene content helps against clogged pores. It also contains parsley.
Oatmeal and Parsley Face Mask
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon coarse oatmeal
1 egg white
1 tablespoon of olive oil
100 ml of still water
Chop the parsley and mix with the water. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and stir well. The mask is now applied to the face with a large brush and should take effect for about 20 minutes.
Afterwards, the face is cleaned with a lot of lukewarm water and moisturize.

Oatmeal, Lemon and Parsley Face Mask
15 g fresh parsley
15 g of fresh sage
1 tb of bleaching earth
2 tablespoons fine oatmeal
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg white
Pour the fresh parsley with 0.3 l of boiling water and allow to cool, then strain. From the broth, add 2 – 3 tablespoons of fresh sage mixed with the bleaching earth, oatmeal, lemon juice and egg whites.
Mix all ingredients to a smooth paste and apply to the face and neck. The mask should remain on the skin for 15 minutes and act, then rinse off with plenty of water.
