Exfoliating sugar and oil scrub

One of the most inexpensive and effective homemade facial scrubs we can find is sugar, preferably of fine grain to avoid damaging our face. It is best to combine it with a super moisturizing, repairing and anti-aging oil such as olive oil or coconut oil to obtain a radiant and full of life complexion. The ingredients you need are:

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil


mix both ingredients until a granular paste is obtained. Apply on the face very clean and massage circularly with always ascending movements, without applying force.

Exfoliating oatmeal and milk

Oatmeal is another fantastic ally to exfoliate the face at home , and this healthy cereal allows deep cleaning of the skin, absorbing all the dirt and greatly reducing the excess of fat. In addition, it is very moisturizing and soothing, so it does not damage the dermis at any time. The ingredients you need are:

3 tablespoons oat flakes

1/4 cup of milk


mix oats in flakes with milk, allow the flakes to hydrate in the liquid for about 10 minutes. The result should be a layer with a certain thickness. Apply it on your face and let it act for about 15 minutes, this mask will help moisturize your complexion and is perfect for dry skin, if yours is fat milk replaces water.

Honey scrub

Honey is one of the most used products for beauty, an ingredient that makes our skin beautiful and full of life. You can prepare an exfoliating mask for the face with it, since it eliminates toxins and dead skin cells, provides moisture and prevents the formation of impurities. You need:

1 tablespoon of honey

2 ground almonds

1 small spoonful of lemon juice


mix honey, ground almonds and lemon juice. Apply gently and leave on the face for 15 minutes, remove with cold water afterwards and you will notice right away as your skin looks revitalized, soft and very hydrated.
