Cleaning your face is the first step to healthy skin. Make sure you follow these steps in the morning while washing your face.

Step 1:

Bind your hair in such a way that it does not get in your face. Short hair can be put behind the ears and you are ready to start. Wet your face with warm water, apply a small amount of your cleanser, preferably use a  neutral soap. Rub in circles out all over the face and rinse. Dry it with a clean towel gently.

Step 2:

After you dry your face, it is time to apply a tonic or astringent. Put in your hand the amount you use and place it on your face with small touches. Let it dry on its own. It will be very useful if your skin is oily or mixed.

Step 3:

Now apply your eye cream and let it dry. Using a cream for the eye area will prevent the loss of collagen.

Step 4:

Apply gel or moisturizer. This will help seal the skin’s moisture, making it look young and strawberry. It will give you an appearance of cleanliness and care that little by little will be permanent if you take care of yourself.

Step 5:

After all this ritual, to finish it, you should only apply sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun or sun exposure or tanning.
