5 Face Packs for Clear Skin, Skin Whitening, Anti-Tan and Acne Prone Skin

Whether you want a result of glowing skin, lightened skin tone, get rid of tan or remove pimples, the following face pack recipes can be made at home within 20 minutes.

Face pack Honey with sandalwood for clear skin

Mix 1 teaspoon of sandalwood with 1 teaspoon of honey. Make a paste and apply it on the face. Wash face after 15 minutes. This can be done 3 times a week to get clear skin. This also helps to treat sunburn from the face and skin.

Papaya and Honey face pack for glow

Papaya and honey are both beneficial when it comes to adding a quick glow. Add some honey with papaya pulp. Apply and rinse after 20 minutes. It will also lighten the skin and reduce blemishes on skin.

Honey and tomato face pack for skin whitening

Another face pack for skin whitening. Add some honey with tomato juice. Apply and let dry for 20 minutes. It is good for marks and blemishes on any body part including face, neck, back or feet.

Honey and lemon juice for anti tan

Face tanning is common in summer when the sun’s rays hit straight and hard. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with ½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply on face, neck, hands, feet, whenever the skin is tanned. Use this 3 times a week to get rid of tanned skin.

Honey and Tulsi for acne prone skin

When you have acne prone skin, this face pack is good for fighting pimples. Crush 8-9 leaves of Tulsi and add a little honey. Make a paste and apply on face. Remove after 20 minutes. Tulsi is antibacterial and clears acne and while honey keeps the skin moisturized.

All these face packs are harmless and can be used by anyone. If you have oily skin, then apply the packs as mentioned. But if you have dry skin, you can also add some oils in the face packs, or apply a good moisturizer after the face pack.
