Smoothies made with raw fruit are the best thing to give your body in the morning. Smoothies are not just quick and easy to make but are full of nutrition. Here are 3 recipes you must try for your breakfast –

Peach and oats smoothie

This shake is one of my favorite smoothie recipes for breakfast. It is full of protein and contains oats, which studies have shown that can help lower cholesterol levels.

Ingredients

1 cup of frozen peach slices

1 cup of Greek yogurt

¼ cup of oatmeal

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup of almond milk

Coconut and mango shake

This delicious coconut and mango smoothie is a perfect choice for breakfast.

The coconut and the mango make it really delicious, and it has chia seeds in it for an extra protein.

Allow the seeds to soak in your refrigerator for 8 hours (I do this at night) shake the jar a couple of times before you go to bed and a couple of times in the morning before you do the shake.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 cup of coconut milk (you can substitute it with almond milk)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup of frozen organic mango chunks

½ teaspoon coconut flakes (optional)

Milkshake chocolate, banana and almond butter

This smoothie is loaded with natural protein, and tastes wonderful.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk without sweetener

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon homemade fat-free chocolate syrup

1 tablespoon of almond butter

1 large handful of ice
